This hotel don’t provide any pickup or drop off , you need walk a very far distance from outside , the price not worthy for this kind of service , and the hotel room dirty not recommended

I originally booked this hotel for three nights but checked out after just one night due to extremely poor facilities and service.
For a hotel that charges a premium price, the facilities are shockingly basic. Even something as simple as requesting one extra bath towel for the hot spring could not be accommodated, which is unacceptable for a hotel positioning itself as an onsen or resort-style property.
This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my two-week trip in China, yet it delivered the worst experience by far. Service standards are very low, and the hotel is clearly severely understaffed. During dinner, I overheard multiple other guests complaining about the same issues — slow service, lack of staff, and poor management — which confirms this is not an isolated experience.
The only positive point is the location, as it is right next to the cable car station. However, this alone does not justify the price, especially when there are many better-maintained and cheaper hotels within 500 meters.
Overall, this hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and does not meet even basic expectations. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless significant improvements are made to staffing, service quality, and facilities.
We're a family of 6 with young children. Trying to book a hotel at Xiling Snow Mountain can be tricky. We're lucky to have gotten this hotel. The location is great! Conveniently located right beside the cable car station.
About the hotel, we booked 3 separate rooms for the family as the instructions on Trip.com weren't so clear. But I realised I could have just booked 2 rooms instead of 3. This is a booking tip ??
The hotel breakfast is pretty simple. There's egg fried rice, vegetables, croissant, biscuits, noodles, dumplings, mantou, pau, etc.. It costs 39yuan per person. We paid for breakfast so we can at least eat the mantou, red bean pau and bread. There's a simple coffee machine too.
As it's very conveniently located, you can be the first to arrive at the cable car station. There are also some food options nearby. For my Muslim friends, there are no Halal food options. But what we did was to order only 1 dish from the hotel, Tomato and Egg noodles soup. It costs 28yuan. Overall, I would like to commend the hotel staff. As we're non-chinese speaking with lots of questions, they were really patient with all the translations. There's also a bus just below which connects the Xiling Snow Mountain to Dayi Highspeed Train area which is very convenient.
Very good service. Any questions we asked have been answered thus really helpful for us. The rooms are very new, properly heated and nice double beds. The hotel allow us free breakfast even though we have one child more than allowed family breakfast allowance. The hotel is very near to the cable car. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic considering it is located high up in the Xiling Snow mountain. The hotel has a very nice and warm lobby. The extra Lego area is very suitable for families with children. We highly recommended this hotel and will definitely come back if we visit again.
Very warm welcome from some of the loveliest staff! Excellent service and very friendly. Perfect location just at the bottom of the gondola (as we wanna spend the day up the mountain but mum wasn’t really keen on staying up here as it was freezing). The hotel also has a little gym where I can keep up with my regular routine. Language barrier wasn’t a major issue as we use the translator app and the staff also tried their best to communicate to us. Perfect for family or couple that want an easy walkable access to the mountain/gondola. Would definitely comeback here again for skiing next time!
Hotel is inside the scenic area. So if you guys book private driver using trip.com or anyone, its hard to enter until the hotel help us. The guard was very strict. Hotel is located at the foot of mountain and near the cable car station. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Even though, they can’t talk in english but they good in using the translator app. Thank you so much! Breakfast was good and many of choices. And very kids friendly hotel with kids area provided. Overall 10/10.
This hotel is just a 2-minute walk to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center, where you can take the cable car up to Yingxue Lake. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can also be ordered at the hotel. About 1 km away, there is an indoor food street, and nearby you’ll also find a small shopping pedestrian area close to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center parking lot.
The room has very strong and hot shower water, which is excellent. The room is spacious enough to open at least three 24-inch suitcases comfortably.
